Priority Process Service specializes in serving legal documents efficiently and professionally. When evasive or difficult to locate individuals need to be served, our Document Servers will utilize their many years of experience and skills to get the job done to the satisfaction of the client. Our team of SERVERS consist of former Deputy Sheriff and Private Investigators.

After your documents have been served, if applicable, we will complete and file the required Certificates or Affidavits of Service at the courthouse and forward copies of the filings to you by regular mail or E-mail. In the event that your require original copies of documents that are to be filed at courthouses outside of our jurisdiction, we can forward documents to you by regular mail, Express Mail or Expedited Courier in 1-3 days.
